Kenny Chesney :)

Welp my sister did it again. She won tickets to go see Kenny from 97.1 Hank fm on Friday morning! Me and Daniel were worried it would just be the two of us going, but my mother and sister joined us! It was a great show:) Kenny is my favorite country artist of all time. I got to wear my new Chesney jersey that Daniel got me for Christmas, but he still got me a Kenny shirt while at the concert (like always). He even got one for my sister for her Birthday, she was so suprised and happy! I have been to every Kenny concert since about 2000. I never miss his show, they are always great! Well until next time.....

Brad Paisley!!

Saturday was the Brad Paisley concert. I would call it the Blake Selton concert! Blake stole the show. He did a great job and Miranda even showed up to spend his birthday with him. She got the crowd to sing Happy Birthday and performed a few more songs with him. It was a great night with friends and family. The best part, meeting Blake Shelton. My sister won tickets with meet and greets for Blake Shelton. I am glad she chose me to go backstage with her. After she scared him with her screams, we got each got our picture taken with him (we have to wait 2 weeks to see them) and got our shirts autographed. We also gave him a birthday card! It was awesome!! Now if I can only get backstage passes for Friday to meet Kenny:)

Yard Sale!

This past Friday and Saturday my neighborhood was having a community sale. I talked my mom into working my sale Friday and I worked it Saturday with my two nieces. All the proceeds fromt he sale went to help my niece Ashlynn pay for her National Pageant trip to St. Louis. Saturday she worked the sale with me. She had her table showing her pageant books and trophies and crowns that she has won! She also was selling lemonade. It was a great day for cold glass of lemonade. We started her out in the middle of the driveway so everyone could see her, but as the day went on and the sun got hotter we had to move her in the garage to be in the shade! She raised some money, but not quite enough so our next fundraiser will be a car wash sometime this week! Any donations are also excepted ;)

Indy 500!

Daniel and I went to the race with Seth and Bethany. It was a very hot day at the track! I got some sun though:) Our seats were not to bad, alot of the accidents happened right in front of us. The rookie made a rookie mistake and lost the lead during the last turn so Dan Wheldon won! I don't really follow indy car, I am more of a Nascar kinda girl, so I didnt care who won! I just went for the tan:) It was a fun time though!
