Goodbye Chevy, Hello Dodge!

We sold the trailblazer on Saturday and Daniel picked up his new toy yesterday. As we all know the trailblazer used to be mine, but when I got my new car Daniel sold his Jeep and has been driving the trailblazer. He never really liked it and always complained. Then a dear friend of mine (abby) mentioned that her husband (our friend Nick)had to sell his truck because he was getting shipped to Afganastan and she wasnt going to drive it with the two kids. So I mentioned it to Daniel and he fell in love. So we sold the trailblazer in a week and Daniel got his new truck. I think Nick was a little sad to see it go, but Daniel is very excited to have it. It is a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. It has a 6 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift sitting on 20 inch XD wheels wrapped in 38 inch Mickey Thompson tires. It has a full 3 inch exhaust and it sounds good! The inside has a cd/dvd player with screens built in sunvisors on each side and 2 12s under the back seat. The truck as the works, everything Daniel would want to do to a normal truck if he had gotten one. Thanks Nick and Abby!

Pageant Planning Day!

Saturday was our first official Pageant Planning Day. We had a day planned of shopping, fittings, and pictures. Ashlynn was loving all the attention! Shopping went well.We got her fashion runway outfit and 2 pairs of shoes and some accesories. We went to Candace's grandmas to try on the dress she is making for Ashlynn (her formalwear). It is looking really good! Then we had a photo shoot at my moms on Sunday. Did not get very many good pictures, too much excitement going on. We will have to try again. We also got her routine down for fashion runway. We will keep everyone posted on her journey to the pageant, which is March 11. Wish her luck!

Bieber Fever!!

Daniel and I saw this life size Justin Beiber and had to get it for Miss Ashlynn. She loved it, as we knew she would! The movie comes out soon and we will be going to see it!

PEA!

Christmas gift/project is complete. Dan got me three big picture frames for Christmas to use for a project I wanted to do. It is finally complete. I had to order some photos from letterphotography.com and then turn them into posters. I didnt know wether or not to hang them above the couch or above the bed, but we decided above the bed and we are going to put a large mirror above the couch. I think it turned out pretty good. Thanks Dan! The decorating process is all coming together. Slowly, but surely it will be complete!

Little Miss Brownsburg!

My niece Ashlynn is entering into her second pageant. She is officially her hometown queen "Little Miss Brownsburg", and is going to represent her town in the State Pageant. This is the Indiana Dream Girls USA Pageant. It is in Columbus, IN, which is a little closer than Santa Clause, IN, which is nice. My sister called and asked me to go to the first workshop with her this past Sunday. She said we are a pageant team and I have to stick with her! I think it is fun so I agreed to be her pageant helper, because we all know she needs help. This pageant is a lot more organized and seems to be a bigger pageant than the last one. There are lots of different categories to enter in with chances of winning big. The biggest prize is $10,000. We are going to try and enter her into as many as possible. She really enjoys doing it and haves fun. This pageant is also a little more expensive than the last and they encourage her to get sponsers and good luck donations. So if anyone would be interested in sponsering or donating to her pageant dues your name and/or business will be advertised on her page in the program book that everyone will receive. Wish us luck, I will keep you posted on our journey to state which is March 11-13.

Good Luck Little Miss Brownsburg :)
