Indiana State Fair 2012!

Well we were suppose to go to the fair with JD and Sarah on thursday night, but we got rained out and went to dinner instead. So me and Bryce went to the fair Friday night with the Gervais clan while daddy was out enjoying motogp. We had a good time. Bryce loved seeing all the animals. He got to pet a horse and feed a sheep ;) No touching the pigs! We did have a pig get loose while we were there though, it was pretty funny! After the animals we enjoyed some yummy fair food and explored the other exhibits. It was past Bryce's bedtime by the time we left so he was really cranky on the way home. Thanks to my sister for driving me so I could calm him down in the backseat! Bryce had a good first visit to the fair ;)


The next day me and Bryce went over to my moms to walk around the Cumberland Arts goes to the Market festival. Daddy was golfing and then headed out for his long night of Motogp! Me and Bryce got our character picture drawn. I also purchased Bryce's first Christmas gift!

Bryce is 5 months!

Well this is a little late considering he is almost 6 months now. When he doesnt have a doctors check up I forget to take the pictuers ;) Anyway Bryce is 5 months old. He is scooting around everywhere now. He will get up on his knees, so I am guessing he will be crawling real soon. We have been trying out new baby foods. So far he has had carrots, squash, bananas, and apples. I think he favorite is apples and least favorite was carrots. Although its hard to tell since he never really asks for more of any of them, kind of have to force them in his mouth! He seems to be getting cuter everyday! When he is mad he can scream for "mom". Everytime Daniel tells him to say "dad" he just gives a big smile, he has said it once I think. He loves his doggy Max. He will watch us play fetch with Max and just crack up laughing. He even attempts to play. He also likes to pet Max, but Max is not so found of the hair pulling! I have a feeling hey are going to be best friends when Bryce can actually play with him! We took Bryce to the park in our neighborhood for the first time to swing. He seemed to like it :) We have been back a few times since! He loves doing anything outside, I dont know what we will do to pass time when winter comes! I do know I have a living room full of toys that will get plenty of use :) Well until next time enjoy the pics......

KENNY / TIM CONCERT!

The concert of the year was on Saturday night! Kenny Chensey and Tim Mcgraw with Jake Owen and Grace Potter as guests. Thanks to my mother and sister for tag teaming and watching Bryce for us. I know mom is always willing and my sister enjoyed the time with her nephew! We had dinner at Harry and Izzys and enjoyed the concert with our good friends Seth and Bethany. But we also ran into a few others at the concert including Tandy and Darnell, who were out enjoying a date night together! There was plenty of entertainment around us, the lady in front of us was having a good ole time dancing her heart out ;) Poor seth had to share his seat with a 400lb man :( We had a great time and it was nice to spend time alone with the hubby without Bryce, although I missed him like crazy! Two more concerts to go.....

Meet baby Biggs!

Well on Thursday morning at 10:49 our good friends welcomed to the world their precious baby girl Kenzie Renae Biggs! She is adorable. We went up to the hospital to congratulate the new parents and meet baby Kenzie. It is hard to believe that Bryce was that small (even smaller) at one point. He has grown so fast and is now my chunky moneky! Everyone was doing great and I am glad delivery went smoother than mine! Welcome to parenthood, its the most amazing thing! I can't wait to have another little baby (hopefully a girl)!

Bryce is 4 months!

Went to Bryce's 4 month check up on Tuesday. He is a whoping 17lbs and 5oz (90th percentile). And is now 25 1/2 incehes long (75th percentile). Doctor said he is a healthy baby :) We do need to try and stretch out his feeding from every 2 hours to about every 3-4 hours and hopefully get him back to sleeping through the night. When Dr Asdell was talking to us and checking Bryce out, Bryce just layed there and stared at him. He was all business the doctor said. I think he was listing to what the doctor had to say cause he is doing good about his feeding now, we are still working on the sleep thing! I have nothing to complain about though, he is perfect to me! He was suppose to have shots that day too, but the place was booked up so he lucked out and gets to wait a week. I am not looking foward to that ;( well untill next time......



The same day Bryce had his check up, Max had his too! Max also checked out healthy at 14lbs. He was not so lucky and had to get shots, but he was a tropper! I love my Max :)
