House Hunters!

Daniel and I are officially house hunters. We put our first offer in on a home last night. It is a hud home located at stop 11 and emerson, in a great neighborhood. The house needs a little work but the list price is only $102,000 and it is worth much more. Luckily my dad builds homes for a living and if he cannot do it he knows someone who can. Daniels dad is also a good handyman. So it would not take much to get it back in shape. We offered $110,504. Being a hud home the highest bidder wins. The bidding ends on Sunday and the winner will know by Monday at 3pm. So wish us luck!
