Happy Birthday Max!

Sunday was Max's 1st birthday. We went to Petco and tried to let him pick out a gift, but he was not interested in the toys just peeing on the racks. So we got this bumble ball that bounces around by itselt. He is afraid of it. So much for a good birthday gift. He also got a few new bones. It was nice outside so of course Daniel was going riding. So me and Max went back to the park at my moms. My sister came over again with the kids. She wants to make it an every Sunday thing. This time we played baseball and kickball. It was girls against boys, which was really unfare because my sister is the worst in every sport. Note to self do not let her on your next team. She had her back towards me when I was throwing her the baseball and she was standing on the base they were running to. And the kickball went right through her hands 4 times. When we were done playing outside we went inside and played catchphrase with my parents. Again boys verse girls. But this time the girls kicked but. Even in the sports category. Here are some pics!

On Saturday we went to Tye's birthday party. He turned 4 today! The party was at the plainfield aquatic center. It was a neat place and the kids seemed to all have fun. I am sure they were wore out that night. Daniel was not there long because he wanted to go meet his friends and ride his bike, but I was there for a while in the pool with the kids. I had fun! MaKenzie seems to have warmed up to me and she hung out with me most of the time.

We have also been out looking for a house. On Saturday morning we went and looked at one that we both like and the price is not bad for the size. The next step is seeing how much we get pre aproved for and then go from there. Hopefully we get one soon! We are paying to much for rent at a place that we cannot call ours. We also need a fenced in back yard for Max. The time will come!

Nice Weather!

On Sunday it was really nice out so Daniel of course was out on his bike. He rode to browncounty with his dad and his dads friends. Then came home and was back out again. If it is nice out you can not keep him off that thing. I was doing laundry, but decided it was to nice to stay in so I took max to my moms so he could play at the park across the street. It is a small fenced in park that is never busy so he gets to run loose and my niece and nephews keep him busy chasing him around. When my sister finally showed up we decided to be some dare devils and ride skateboards and bikes. My brother is pretty good at doing tricks so we thought we would show him up. Here are some pics!

Jeremy cleared 2 skateboards high!

While we were playing on the kids toys, The kids were playing in ours!

Max was so wore out he went home and went straight to bed. After I finished folding laundry I joined him for a little nap.

Congrats Katie!

My good friend Katie had her baby girl, Mackenzie Rayann, at 2:52am on wednesday. After 2 hours of pushing she finally had to have a c section and it was a horrible experience for her having her first baby. But the baby and mom are both doing well. She was 7 lbs and 20 inches long. I am glad everything is ok and wish the best to Katie and Ryan with bringing Mackenzie into the world.

Wedding Update

We still do not have our date set because we are waiting on a response from Denny. That factor is really stressing me out because without a date you cannot book anything. We know it will be Febuary 2010, but are not sure what date. On the plus side we have the flowers all bought and my grandma is working on getting all the bouquets and boutineers made. We also have a few ideas in mind for the centerpieces. We found my flower(stargazer lilly) on sale for 60% off so went ahead and bought all we needed to save money. The colors are pink and dark blue. I think we have decided to change the color of the bridesmaids dresses to blue. One because although Daniel agreed to wear pink he changed his mind and also because it would be a lot of pink and no way to tie in the blue. Daniel and I became members at the church we will be having the ceremony on Sunday. It was not as bad as we thought. Daniel was realy nervous to go down in front of everyone, but it went well. I am having the hardest time finding a reception venue. We had planned on finding one where we could do everything ourselves, but it looks like we will have to go with one that offers the catering there because that is all I can find. If anyone has any suggestions of places here on the southside let me know! I think that is all for now, but I will try and keep you updated without telling you to much. I want everyone to be suprised when they come to wedding too!

SuperCross!

On Saturday we took my brother, nephew, and cousin to the supercross. My brother chose it for his birthday present. My sister and brother in law also went but had other seats. We met up and had dinner, which thanks to Chick-fil-A screwing up was free for me, but was such a hassel finding seats in the crowded mall. It was also very cold walking over there, but thanks to Daniel was mostly indoors because of his downtown direction expertise. The races were fun. My little nephew was so excited when the fireworks started going off, but by the time the main event came around he was ready to go home. Daniel and I were cheering for James Stewart. He came in 2cd place after wrecking twice and still catching up with Chad Reed both times for a really close finish. Here are some pics!
