Baby Shower :)

Saturday was my baby shower! A big thanks to Tandy for putting on such a great party! Also thank you to everyone who attended, despite the winter weather the day before. Party started off with some snacks and chatting, then the games began. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and had fun playing the games. After the games I opened all of my gifts. Thank you so much everyone for all the great things for Bryce. I almost have everything put away, his dresser is now overflowing and closet space is filling up to. We appreciate everything that was gifted to us as we prepare for the arrival of Bryce. After seeing everything in its place, we are even more excited for him to get here, and with everyones help we are ready! After gifts we had cake :) A special thanks to Patty for the amazing cake, and cookies. The cake was perfect. I know she put a lot of time and hard work into it. She always outdoes herself. The cookies were also perfect, looked machine made! Everyone thought the cake was delicous, took some left overs to work today and the guys at work cant believe how good and moist it is! She always does great! I hope everyone enjoyed the shower, I enjoyed seing all my friends family :)
Now we wait for the arrival of Christopher Bryce.......

Adrians First Basketball Game/ Ashlynn Chearleading!!

My nephew Adrian is a baseball allstar, but this year he decided to give basketball a try too. Daniel and I went to see his first game, he plays at a church near his house. He did pretty good for just starting out. He said he still likes baseball better, but he enjoys playing basketball too. I think once he gets used to it he will like it better. There were a few boys on his team that were really making some moves! My niece also started chearleading for the basketball teams at the church. She was having a blast out there! Christmas at the Moffitts!

I know it has been a month, but I was uploading pictures and found these pictures from Christmas morning at the Moffits! Thought I would share, as Tye, MacKenzie, and Brody opened their gifts!

So last night Daniel and I had a "date night" we went to dinner and home depot to get a cieling fan for Bryce's room. We had some great talks during dinner. I love how excited Daniel is for Bryce to be here. Only 9 more weeks :) When we got home Bryce was moving alot and these days its alot harder. Daniel was watching the movements and at one point I said you have to feel this. So when he put his hand on my stomach Bryce had some big movements. He jumped back and said OMG that is so wierd. He said all he can picture is puppies. Like I have a litter inside me or something! It was the funniest thing. I love feeling him move (most of the time, sometimes it can get painful) Daniel on the other hand I feel is weirded out by the fact that there is "something" a baby (or puppy whatever he wants to call it) moving inside me.

We are both excited for him to be here and expand our family! Time is flying by and we are getting ready for his arrival. With the help of my mom and his dad the nursery is almost complete, just have to hang the fan! My shower is coming up next weekend, thanks to Tandy for planning it all! We have taken one class so far at the hospital, A healthy birth. We learned some things about the labor and delivery process, I got a massage from Daniel, and we had a tour of the hospital. Besides the fact it took all day Saturday it was worth it! Tomorrow we are taking a breastfeeding class, and later this month we are taking the newborn basics class, which will teach Daniel how to change a diaper (no excuses!!) Everything is falling into place...
